We want every duelist to be satisfied with their equipment. If something isn’t right, we offer a fair return process.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products

• Customized or personalized sabers

• Hygiene-sensitive protective gear once worn

Refunds
After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong or defective item, we will arrange a replacement once the issue is verified.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped.
